We want you to enjoy the Hostel as well as nature, mountains, lakes, breathtaking views and landscapes and also share a common place where the living together and the enriching exchange with other people from Argentina and abroad makes it all a difference.

The Hostel meets all the requirements and norms set by Hotel Categorisation, Reception, Service, Hygiene and Privacy guaranteed by Villa La Angostura Town Hall, Neuquén Province and ´Secretaría de Turismo de la Nación´ (National Bureau of Tourism).

We, the Hostel Staff, have gained experience from several travel situations and cultural exchanges (backpacking several continents, university tourism, mountain guides and exchange programmes abroad). We hold a degree in Tourism and Gastronomy as well. We are together because of that love for adventure tourism and the fascinating experience of sharing with people from different cultures.

We believe that in the Hostel we have built up a friendly place where our guests love coming over and over again because local features as well as the feeling of becoming a true traveller from a different place and culture make it a-once-in-a-lifetime experience.

One of the exclusive features is that we are very close to the town (5 minutes´ walk), safe and easy to get. We also have our own car park. What´s more, as we want you to feel truly at home, we offer daily-cleaned rooms with private bathrooms and hot water all day long, only available in our Hostel.

Each of us work hard to cater for everything you happen to need. We get together to taste typical dishes (´asados´ at night - Argentine barbecue, live music). From our knowledge and experience we can provide you with info and tips for skiers and fishers and info about adventure tourism so that you can plan excursions.

In our friendly meeting point downstairs, equipped with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and tables, you can make use of 24-hour Internet service, grab a drink from our bar, listen to some music, watch TV or pick up a video or a book from our shelves! To kill the time, you can also get engaged into any of the board games we have at your disposal, snooker, or simply join a game of ´truco´- typical Argentine card game. And if you want to shake a bit, join our football games, horse and bike riding and much more...

You can also make use of our well-equipped kitchen or outdoor barbecues, free security lockers in the private rooms and storage luggage room.

All in all, after gulping a free home-made bread and delicious Patagonian jams at breakfast, you only need to seize the day!
